Cancellation & Refund PolicyAt the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.We strongly recommend that all customers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Standard Transfer & Chauffeur ServicesFor all standard vehicle bookings, including Executive Saloon, Luxury Saloon, and MPV services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the local pick-up time.For pick-ups outside of Galway, cancellations must be made at least 36 hours prior to the local pick-up time, plus any applicable driving time from Galway City.For all other services, including coaches, tour guides, coordinators, and greeters, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the local pick-up time.
Private Tour Cancellation TermsThe following cancellation terms apply to all private tour bookings:
- Between 2 months and 1 month prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee charged on the total trip cost
- Between 1 month and 15 days prior to arrival: 75% cancellation fee charged on the total trip cost
- Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee charged on the total trip cost
- Private tours of 1–3 days require a minimum of 7 days’ notice
- Private tours of 3–5 days require a minimum of 14 days’ notice
- Private tours of 6 days or more require a minimum of 28 days’ notice
No Show Policy“No Show” charges will be applied at the full transfer rate of the booked service.In the event of a No Show, we will make every reasonable attempt to contact the passenger or booking contact. If no contact can be made, the chauffeur will be instructed to leave the location.
Wedding Transportation BookingsDeposits for wedding car and wedding bus transportation services are non-refundable within 12 months of the wedding date provided.
